How it works

From supplier invoice to paid.

Every supplier payment follows the same four steps, and your team can see where each one is at any time.

  1. 01

    Fund your balance

Deposit by ACH, SPEI, SEPA, PIX, local bank transfer or USDC instead of sending a wire from your bank.

  2. 02

    Quote the invoice

Review the exchange rate, the fee, the amount your supplier will receive and the estimated delivery.

  3. 03

    Add the supplier

Enter their bank details, the purpose of the payment and your invoice number as the reference.

  4. 04

    Track it to delivery

Follow each status until the payment is delivered, and keep the receipt for your records.

Why importers pay suppliers with Decaf

  1. Skip the bank wire

Fund locally, and Decaf pays out through local routes where they exist, such as SPEI in Mexico and PIX in Brazil.

  2. Pay the full invoice

See exactly what your supplier will receive before you confirm, so a short payment doesn’t hold up your next order.

  3. A record for every payment

Each payment keeps its status history, purpose and reference, so reconciling with suppliers and your accountant is simple.
