How it works
From spreadsheet to reconciled batch.

Import a CSV
Upload recipients and amounts, or add rows by hand. Incomplete or ambiguous rows are flagged before anything is sent.

Review the batch
Check recipients, amounts, payment methods and fees, plus warnings such as duplicate recipients.

Collect approvals
Submit it for approval. Approvers get an email and decide on the exact version you submitted.

Launch once
An authorized member launches it from your Business balance. Rows are paid one by one on our servers, so closing the tab doesn’t stop it.

Reconcile
Follow every row, correct and retry failures, and export the results as a CSV.

Phone number or email
Recipients get a secure link by WhatsApp or email and choose a local bank account in 85+ markets, cash pickup or the Decaf card.
How last-mile payments workBank account
Pay directly to the recipient’s bank account. Availability depends on each route.
Decaf balance or USDC wallet
Pay into a recipient’s Decaf balance, or in USDC to a wallet address they give you.
